Ingrid is very customer service and detailed oriented. There are very few companies today that go above and beyond for their customers and in my 40 years as a traveler, Ingrid at Superior Travel is one of the best in the industry. Over the years, I’ve tried other travel agents and have always gone back to Superior Travel as their customer service and attention to details beats the competition. People are surprised I use a travel agent, but when I tell them that Superior Travel saved me more money than the cost of their service as well a provide me with options that I would not of known of, they second guess their decision to not use a travel agent.
