Jack and Ursula Schmitt founded the agency now owned and operated by next generation Ingrid Ream (Schmitt) and third generation Alec Schmitt. They opened the first location in downtown Flint and have since opened other offices in Genesee and Lapeer Counties. Ingrid is the daughter of Jack and Ursula and has been the President of the company since 2007. Ingrid has worked in the family business since she was 12 years old stamping brochures, answering telephones, eventually working as a travel agent, and eventually in charge of operations. The third generation, Alec Schmitt, grandson of Jack and Ursula, began his entry into the family business, as tradition would have it, at the age of 13, and today is the administrator for the corporation. Travel has been our passion for three generations!
